(1) Put on the shoulder straps
First put on the shoulder straps so that they fit naturally over your shoulders. Lean your upper body forward at a 45-degree angle, allowing your breasts to naturally fall into the interior of the nursing bra, and then fasten the back button.
(2) Inclusive breasts
Hold up your breasts with your hands and put them into the nursing bra, gently massage the bottom of the bra to secure it, and then slide your breasts all the way into the nursing bra. Then make the appropriate adjustments, so that the chest line can be concentrated.
(3) Adjust the shoulder straps
